Wei Hopeman leads a dual life. By day, the Citigroup managing director, who's based in Shanghai, invests in startups throughout Asia as the head of Citi Ventures for the region. By night, she turns her focus to the other side of the world, working a full shift with her American colleagues connecting those startups with Citi business units.
