The search-engine leader is a long-standing favorite among engineering students, in part because of its famous perks such as free gourmet meals and funky offices. It doled out 100,000 hours of subsidized massages last year.

Google (GOOG) was no.1 on Fortune Magazine's 2013 list of 100 Best Companies to Work For.
