Car thieves aren't stealing as many cars as they used to, but older models are still attractive targets.

Car thefts fell for the eighth straight year in 2011. The number of stolen vehicles are down 43% since the record high of 1.26 million in 2003. But theft is still a problem and the National Insurance Crime Bureau has identified the "hottest" models for thieves.
