Anyone who hasn't visited Cabo San Lucas for the past 20 years would be amazed at the changes. This town at the bottom of Baja California has mushroomed out from its port and spread well beyond city limits. It runs up the coast for miles, fueled mainly by American retirees and vacation home buyers.
Great scuba diving, marlin fishing, beautiful beaches and warm winters charm cold-weary North Americans. And there's plenty to do with tourists fueling a particularly hot nightlife.
